Safina Online shop offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product

PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO WHILE OPENING THE PARCEL. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE AND MISSING ITEM SEND US THE VIDEO AND IMAGES USING THE RETURN FORM …

Enable timestamp on your camera settings that shows the exact time and date of the image or video captured

Please note if you have received the empty box/missing components, contact us immediately within 24 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained. While we investigate on this case, request you to please make note of these pointers:

 

-Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.

-You may be required to provide information like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario).

-The snapshot of the original Box/Packet/Product.

Return FAQ's

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

There are a few basic rules to be eligible for Return / Exchange:  

  • Product has to be in original & unused state
  • Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order

NOTE: We do not offer returns on bulk orders.

How to return a product ?

Log into your My Account page

Click on Orders menu on the left

In the order list page press the ‘Request Return’ button next to the order you want to return.

In the new page appears fill up the necessary details and click Request Return button

Exchange Policy

Where the Supplier does not accept Exchange, you can return the product, get the refund and place a fresh order for the product you want.

Refunds

All refunds are done online. We request you to provide us with the following details in case there is a need for a refund

  • Account Number – IFSC code
  • UPI id
  • Phone Number
The product has been picked up from my address. When will I receive the refund?

Once the product has been picked up, the Refund is processed on the next working day.   

PLEASE NOTE: In case you handover an extra/wrong product, refund will NOT be initiated. Please ensure that you enter the correct quantity at the time of initiating the return request on the website.

Your money will be refunded to you once the product has been received by the supplier.

Why is my return request getting rejected?

If your return request is getting rejected, it could be possible that you have uploaded the wrong product image or the image of the catalog.  
To ensure that your return request is approved:  

  1. Upload only the original product image
  2. Do not upload the image of the catalog

How to create the Image url

How to create an Image URL using Google Drive so you can upload images and videos in your Return Request form.

  1. Login to Google Drive
  2. Click on New – Folder. Name it as “My Images”
  3. Doble click on the “My Images” folder.
  4. Click on New – File Upload.
  5. Choose atleast 4 or many photos and video to upload to the drive.
  6. When the upload is complete, right click on the “My Images” folder and click ‘Get Shareable Link’
  7. Toggle ‘Link Sharing On’ button to On. Right click on the link and click Copy.
  8. Go to our Return Request page, inside the Image URL field, right click and Paste.
